ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our cosmetic products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Each item is crafted with care and intention, and we are unable to accept products back once they have left our studio.

Damages and Issues

We want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at serenitysoapsnessentials@gmail.com with photos and details so we can make it right. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

All Serenity Soaps & Essentials products are considered final sale and non-returnable. This includes:

• Handmade soaps, body butters, shampoo bars, and other personal care items
• Custom or seasonal collections
• Sale items and gift cards

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day cancellation period under EU law. However, this does not apply to personal care items due to hygiene regulations.
